To make the apples the best we can, we use chocolate with a guarantee of origin. Cocoa beans come from family plantations in Uganda. For example, cocoa beans of the Forastero variety are used in the production of milk chocolate, which are extremely rare.

What apples do we use for production?

Our apples come from orchards in South Moravia near Znojmo. Thanks to great relationships with apple growers, we can guarantee their origin. We know about every apple where it grew, when it was harvested and treated with care.
