The combination of Moravian apple and Belgian chocolate Belcolade Origins ORIGINS NOIR UGANDA 80% means a perfect fusion of flavors! To this perfect combination of apple and dark chocolate, we add a Guarantee of origin and apple variety.
We guarantee the origin of each apple - where it grew, when it was harvested and gentle processing. We know the apple growers and their background. The chocolate comes from Uganda's Bundibugyo region, west of the great Rwenzori mountains.
The high content of cocoa mass and the special method of conching ensure unmistakable and tempting tones of humus and mushrooms. The result is a robust and earthy taste.
Ingredients: dark chocolate 67.2% (Uganda cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, natural vanilla flavoring); dried apples 28.8%, freeze-dried cherries 4%, . Cocoa solids content in chocolate at least 80%. May contain traces of milk.
