We use only the best Piedmont I.G.P. nuts, coming from Langa Hill, which gives our creams an ideal structure without the need to add fats other than those that are naturally contained in nuts.
It currently includes several members who work with their medium-sized farms in the Alta Langa area of Cuneo. This is the most suitable area of Piedmont for hazelnut farming, which provides us with a high quality product with a unique perfume and scent.
