Crack this nut? It goes like clockwork. Cocoa. You twist the lid, smell it, and then just hope you have some of that delicious pistachio nut cream left. Or that the glass is bottomless. None of us believe in the first, and we haven't invented the second yet.

The cream is rich in protein, fiber and is full of healthy fats. You can spread it on bread, add it to a drink or just put it on a spoon. With a pinch of imagination, you can add different types of fruit to the cream and combine the taste to your liking.

Why do we sweeten with coconut sugar? Because it has a lower glycemic index and, conversely, a higher proportion of minerals. Quality cocoa, delicious nuts and even the finest butter deserve their equal sugar.
