Preparation method
Worms come from Czech breeding. Before they are processed, they go on a hunger strike for several days to thoroughly cleanse themselves. Then cook them briefly, dry them and finally season them. We do everything with maximum attention to quality and preservation of nutritional values.

Where worms behave

Our mealybug larvae come from a certified farm in Moravia, which meets all hygienic requirements. They are kept in plastic crates with grain scrap. From time to time, they are supplied with fresh vegetables as a source of water. The breeding is very dry, clean and thoroughly ventilated.

It is interesting that according to the legislation, edible insects fall into the category of livestock. With this in mind, insects are the cleanest farmed and processed livestock. Its breeding consumes many times less water, feed and soil than other livestock.
